Journey...

Hi people:
Today I’m going to tell about my first journey “alone” (without my parents).
On January 2008, a folk group (we just do) was invited to play on region of Los Lagos (south of Chile).
This journey (similar to tour of study but with dancers and musicians), was on a bus. I and my fellows arrived to Puyehue. Here we were the most of the time and from this town we traveled to other places.
The first day we arrived to Yumbel and we presented to folk dances and music of central zone of Chile. The same night, we traveled to Puyehue.
When we arrived (the next morning), we settled on a boarding school near to Puyehue Lake.
This second day we visited Puyehue Lake and traveled the town.
We had our first gig in Puyehue the third day (in this opportunity we presented folk of the north of Chile).
The fourth and fifth days we presented on Termas Aguas Calientes, and we enjoyed the place! We were on thermal pools and the parking area. In the afternoon of the fifth day, we visited Cardenal Antonio Samoré border crossing. That night we played at a festival on lakeside
The sixth day we arrived to Frutillar and went all over town. Later, we ate an “asado al palo” and we presented next to the giant chess board is outside the municipality, on Frutillar.
And that night we started our trip to Santiago.

This journey is very important to me because I knew so much people, and today, we are my friends c:

A country...

I would like to visit Rapa Nui.
But, Rapa Nui isn’t a country, so, I going to say that I would like to visit United Kingdom (yeah, England, Scotland, Wales and Northem Ireland).
I want visit UK because I love British culture! I think that is soooo interesting the architecture (manly on public places), the music and the literature (I know that I can read British writer from my home, but I would like to visit places where they lived and wrote).
I think UK is an interesting country because keep up old stories and traditions, but to relate this with to modern.

Places that I would like to visit on United Kingdom (or things that I want to do):
- Heathrow Airport (I love airports!)
- Millennium Bridge
- Tower Bridge
- King Cross Station
- To sail on Tamesis
- Trinity College and Christ Church College
- Eton College
- Leith Hill Tower, Surrey
- Windsor Castle
- Titanic Belfast (Royal Mail Steamship Titanic)
- Queen’s University Belfast
- Millennium Stadium
- Lime Hall
- Glasgow University
- Fortingall Yew
- British Museum
- Take me a picture with a GAITERO
- London Dugeon
- Hardwick Hall

GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!
Bye :)

A great book

I'm back. And this time, with a book.

"Los Renglones Torcidos de Dios" by Torcuato Luca de Tena is a book of 1979, that a friend, Marilú, recommend me to read, when I was looking for a book, and I don't regret.

I started read to three weeks and the book was SOOO INTERESTING that if I don't need eat or sleep, I had only read.

The book is about Alice -Alicia- Gould, who investigates a murder and she decides to be admitted like a ill on a mental hospital. But, the situation turns "dark" when she can't leave the mental institution

I like about the "Los renglones torcidos de Dios" the "context" because this is extremely close to the real world (Luca de Tena was admitted on a mental institution for 18 days, where he lived to mentally ills and from this he wrote his book). I dislike to book is the doubt to end, but I will not say nothing more,
You should read the book! :D

Bye!

Me and myself

Hi! my name is Dani and I don't like this idea about the blogspot... But, I'm here :D
I am not sure that I want to say. Maybe I must to put in order my ideas. Ok, start again.

My name is Dani -Daniela-, I'm 19 years, and I study geography on a Architecture and Urbanism Faculty of University of Chile. That is better?. I work in the same university, on the diffusion area, and weekends I play with a group on differents activities.

And this is it. I go to lunch.
Bye-bye!
