Today I’m going to tell about my first journey “alone” (without my parents).
On January 2008, a folk group (we just do) was invited to play on region of Los Lagos (south of Chile).
This journey (similar to tour of study but with dancers and musicians), was on a bus. I and my fellows arrived to Puyehue. Here we were the most of the time and from this town we traveled to other places.
The first day we arrived to Yumbel and we presented to folk dances and music of central zone of Chile. The same night, we traveled to Puyehue.
When we arrived (the next morning), we settled on a boarding school near to Puyehue Lake.
This second day we visited Puyehue Lake and traveled the town.
We had our first gig in Puyehue the third day (in this opportunity we presented folk of the north of Chile).
The fourth and fifth days we presented on Termas Aguas Calientes, and we enjoyed the place! We were on thermal pools and the parking area. In the afternoon of the fifth day, we visited Cardenal Antonio Samoré border crossing. That night we played at a festival on lakeside
The sixth day we arrived to Frutillar and went all over town. Later, we ate an “asado al palo” and we presented next to the giant chess board is outside the municipality, on Frutillar.
And that night we started our trip to Santiago.
This journey is very important to me because I knew so much people, and today, we are my friends c:
The best: Good music and great landscapes!
